Do I need a Home Consultation first?+
Yes. Every project starts with one. It’s where we work out what your home actually needs, so the proposal that follows is built around the right scope.
Can I just do the kitchen?+
Absolutely. Full-Service is à la carte. One kitchen, one bathroom, a built-in, or the whole house. You only pay for what you need.
How is the fee set?+
About two working days after your consultation, you get a written proposal covering the scope, the timeline and the fee, so you know exactly what you’re getting before anything is confirmed.
Do you work with my contractor?+
Yes. The drawings and spec package are made for your trades to price and build from, and I talk directly with your contractor or cabinetmaker when it helps.
Do you manage construction?+
Your contractor runs the build. I stay available throughout, with support billed hourly, for site questions, changes and the decisions that come up along the way.
