You don’t need to know which service is right before we talk. Most clients begin with a Home Consultation. For some, it’s exactly what they needed. For others, it’s the starting block for full-service design. On our free discovery call, we’ll work out together what kind of support your home and your project really need.
Home Consultation
You’re stuck, mid-reno, or not sure where to start.
- A walk-through of your space and how you live in it
- Clear answers on layout, colour, finishes and priorities

Full-Service Design
You’re renovating, building or reworking several rooms, and want it right the first time.
- Layouts, elevations and custom millwork, drawn to scale
- Concept renderings of your own rooms
- A complete spec package your trades can price and build
- On call through construction
E-Design
You’re outside Vancouver and the Island, or you’d rather run the project yourself with a clear plan.
- A video consultation, with your photos and measurements

How do I know which service I need?+
You don’t have to know yet. Tell me about your space, and on our free discovery call we’ll work out together what your project really needs. Often that’s a Home Consultation: for some it’s all they need, for others it’s the starting block for full-service design.
Can I start small and go further later?+
Yes. Many clients start with a consultation or one room, then come back for more. There’s no minimum project size.
Do you work with my contractor?+
Yes. The spec package is built for your trades to price and build from, and I stay on call to answer their questions during construction.
Do you work outside Vancouver?+
Yes. Vancouver, the North Shore, Burnaby and Vancouver Island are in person, with no travel fee within 10 km of my Vancouver studio or my mid-Island home base; beyond that, travel is quoted up front. Everywhere else is E-Design, with the same process and package delivered remotely.
How are fees set?+
The discovery call is free and the Home Consultation is a flat fee. Design projects are scoped in writing, covering what’s included, the fee and the timeline, before any work starts.
